After the performance of  broad pit excavation, foundation preparation and construction site protection, on the one part of the facility, concrete base slab was done. Concrete insulation was done, protected by a layers of insulating material. When the first part of the concrete core slabs will be ready, we will set up a crane on it in the next few days.

At this moment, on one of the largest and most complex construction sites in Croatia, City Center One - Split, our company performed reinforced concrete work on the monolithic construction of the building.
City Center One Split building site consists of two parts: the main building and parking lots. The main building consists of 3 parts (dilatations). Works are carried out on schedule. In the final phase of work on the dilatation of D1, is ongoing dismantling the set 4 out of 5 cranes. Start of the works in the parking lot is planned for January, 2010.
Our work performed by 270 workers is a guarantee that the construction will be done by July 2010

At the construction site - Knežija there is ongoing construction pit protection. Steel sections are being set up, which allows the performance of a wide excavation. Low temperature does not affect the dynamic performance of construction works, so works envisaged for 2009. will be completed few days before the deadline.
